Ivan Doykov

Ivan Doykov is one of Bulgaria’s most accomplished contemporary film and television producers.
Together with director and producer Dimitar Mitovski, he created the feature film Mission London (2010) and the television series Undercover (2011–2015) — both of which became landmark successes in modern Bulgarian cinema and TV. Upon its release, Mission London surpassed James Cameron’s Avatar at the local box office, while Undercover went on to be distributed in over 140 territories worldwide.
In 2018, Ivan produced the debut feature of director Viktor Bozhinov — Vazvishenie (Heights), based on the acclaimed novel by Milen Ruskov. The film became a major audience hit and ranks among the top five most successful Bulgarian films since 1989.
Together with producer Elitsa Dimitrova, Ivan co-leads Dare Films — a production services company specializing in feature films and television series. The company has collaborated with leading international studios including Paramount Pictures, Sony Pictures Television, and New Regency, as well as numerous independent productions from around the world.
A graduate of the MEDIA Business School (2006) with a degree in audiovisual management, Ivan is deeply involved in both the creative and financial aspects of filmmaking — from producing and financing feature films and TV series to providing top-tier production services for international partners in Bulgaria.
